CHART BIOMEDICAL GROUP ANNOUNCES PRICE INCREASE ON CRYOBIOLOGICAL PRODUCTS Garfield Heights, OH – May 22, 2006 – Chart Industries, Inc. BIoMedical Group announces adjustments to its price schedule for Cryobiological products. The 2% average price increase is applicable for all orders received after July 1, 2006. Since our last price increase in 2005 Chart has continued to see a dramatic increase in the manufacturing components which make up our Aluminum and Stainless product lines. Double digits price increases in metals, along with other key consumables used in the manufacturing process, have all contributed to the price increase.
